While there is no public viewing of the exhibition, arrangements are being made to allow family members to see the show.

$50 awards have been announced for each Best in Show by media. They are as follows by discipline, artist, and title: Sculpture–Irey Cass, I Want to Go with You; Drawing–John Vancleve, Lemon Cake; 2D Design–Harley Simmons, Home; 3D Design– Jennah Hottel, Sketchers; Ceramics–Lisa Gericke, Fire; Digital Photography–Dystopian Vortex; Jewelry and Metals–Seth Higgerson, Countess Claw; and Painting– Daisy Grimes, Hands. In addition, a $300 President’s Choice Purchase Award was also presented to Seth Higgerson for his mixed media drawing, Apple.

“While we are unable to open the exhibition to the general public due to Covid protocols, PSAD’s annual student exhibition remains our biggest and brightest moment of the year,” says art school director Paul Aho. “This annual showcase provides our students a true exhibition experience and allows us to reward their best works with cash prizes. We are delighted to have Todd Birdsong, director of WKCTC’s Clemens Fine Arts Center, as judge of this year’s show and to once again award the President’s Purchase Award, a tradition now in its tenth year.”
